Duties 

Article 41, paragraph 2 of the LGPD

- ACCEPT complaints and communications from owners, provide clarification and take action

- RECEIVE communications from the national authority and take action

- GUIDE the entity's employees and contractors on the practices to be taken in relation to the protection of personal data; and

- EXECUTE the other duties determined by the controller or established in complementary rules.
